You wont believe it!

TWO successes in one day!!!!!

I had made it before the "Mexican night" with vegan cheese in tortillas, BUT I hand made the tortillas and STILL success!!!!  

And there was MUCH rejoicing!


I got the recipe for the Tortillas on one of my all time FAVE sites.... www.100daysofrealfood.com


Whole Wheat tortillas!

  • 2 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour 
  • 1/2 cup oil ( I used coconut)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water 


  1. Mix everything EXCEPT the water in a mixer.
  2. Add the water
  3. Make the dough into 8 chunks
  4. roll into flat circles
  5. cook in greased skillet for about a minute on each side.


Then we put in Daiya ( www.daiyafoods.com )  Mozzarella and Cheddar and served with vegan sour soy cream!
