Vegan Fondue!!!!! With bread, carrots and broccoli.
And the critics went WILD- ish!! The small human gave it 2 thumbs and 2 toes UP!!! Medium human gave a single thumb up, declaring The Melting Pot makes better fondue. It is true, they do, but it is loaded with casein so this is as good as you can expect here!! LOL
This is from the Daiya web site.

Instructions:
Melt vegan shortening or margarine in a dutch oven over a low heat. Beat in flour and nutritional Yeast with a whisk until smooth, then whisk into the mix the following ingredients in this order : water, Braggs, liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion powder, white wine, lemon juice, garlic and sherry. Let simmer till it starts to bubble. Then stir in with a spoon the Daiya Mozzarella Style Shreds. Turn the heat up a little and let the Daiya melt.
