Chinese Noodle Soup
- Your fave chopped veggies. I used carrots, broccoli and snow peas
- 3tbsp soy sauce or Brags
- 2tbsp cooking sherry
- 2tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 3tbsp tahini
- 1tbsp agave
- 1tbsp rice vinegar
- 6 green onions
- 8 cups low sodium veggie broth
- mei fun rice noodles ( the SUPER skinny ones)
Put the oil in the pan, add the carrots first, then broccoli, onions and snow peas, saute for a minute or 2, add in broth and everything else, boil, simmer for about 20 mins, then serve.
